Check in is any time after 3:00 pm.

Plan to check out by 11:00 am.

Late check out fees are $25.00 within the hour of 11am – 12 pm and subject to availability on that same day.

Most reservations do not require pre-payment unless specified and require a credit card hold only.

Advanced Purchase: Our discounted advanced purchase rate requires pre-payment to reserve. This rate is also non-refundable should you cancel your reservation.

Pre-authorizations: Upon check in, all reservations paying with a valid credit card will be authorized for the full room and tax per night plus an incidental deposit of $250.00. Payment for your hotel room will be charged during check-out. If your reservation is pre-paid, a pre-authorization of $250.00 will still be required to cover any incidentals.

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking and cancellation options. Reservations can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival date.

Advanced Purchase reservations are non-refundable should you cancel your reservation.

Group Bookings - please check with your reservation/event coordinator for information.

3rd Party Booking- reservations must be cancelled through the 3rd party.
 

We require a valid credit card to book a reservation.

A credit card is required for check-in. However, if you want to pay cash, it is possible. You will have to pay the entire stay at check-in and leave a cash or debit deposit of $500.00 that we will refund on departure if you have no additional expenses.

All guestrooms on the Main floor are pet-friendly rooms. We accept a maximum of two dogs per room. Only dogs under 50 lbs are allowed. A cleaning fee of $25.00 per stay, per dog, will be added to your bill to ensure a deep clean of the room after your departure. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, no dogs should be left unattended at any time, and all dogs must be kept on a leash while in public areas of the hotel.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accommodate other pets such as cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, etc.
 

We offer complimentary outdoor parking. Plug ins are available on select park spaces.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel and available to all.

BirchBark Bistro, located on the lobby level, offers breakfast and evening dinner service daily. Aurora Bar & lounge is located right next door in Casino Dene.

Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast in BirchBark Bistro with their room reservation, offered daily starting at 5 AM.

We do not have any full cooking facilities, however some of our suites are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. 

Our fitness centre is accessible to all hotel guests, 24/7. You may need your key card to access the fitness centre so please make sure to carry it on you at all times while on-premise.

To serve you better, our heated indoor pool is currently undergoing renovations to create an improved guest experience.

Our housekeeping team is proud to provide daily tidy-over service. Full stayover service will be provided after the third night.

Guest self-service laundry is available on the main level.

We are a fully non-smoking, non-vaping property – please note there is a $250.00 fee for violation of this policy. However, there is a designated smoking area outside the hotel.
